1. Due to the unavailability of the assigned proctors, selected teachers of Sta. Cruz Elementary School whose classes are set in the modular distance learning modality on May 11, 2023 shall serve as room proctors for individual categories, to wit:
2. Moreover, CID Supervisors shall be assigned as room supervisors. They will perform the following terms of reference:
a. Distribute and collect the envelopes containing the answer sheets;
b. Supervise the flow of the assigned categories; and
c. Provide feedback as to the process of the conference for continuous improvement.
3. Other details of Division Memorandum No. 174, s. 2023 shall remain in effect.
