1. In an effort to streamline systems and processes towards the achievement of the vision, mission, and strategic priorities of the Department of Education, the City Schools Division of Dasmarinas launches Punctual Reporting and Organizational Management Performance Tracer (PROMPT) – a mechanism to monitor and ensure the effective and efficient performance of duties particularly the submission of reports in the field.
2. Guided by the provisions of DepEd Order No. 2, s. 2015 re: Guidelines on the Establishment and Implementation of the Results-based Performance Management System (RPMS) specifically the performance indicator and measure on timeliness, which assesses “whether the deliverable was done on time based on the requirements of the rules and regulations, and/or clients/ stakeholders”, the Division Office shall issue PROMPT notices to schools and/or personnel relative to deadlines set for report submission.
3. The PROMPT mechanism shall apply to all data, documents, and reports requested by the Division Office from the field disseminated through official communications, including but not limited to, Division memoranda, letters, and posts in Workplace chat, effective September 2, 2019.
