1. In 2022, the City Government of Dasmarinas launched a revolutionary project of providing sustainable and renewable alternative source of energy among initial public school beneficiaries. This program was dubbed as Green E-skwela and it benefits the following school on its first batch of implementation:
a. Congressional Integrated High School
b. Dasmarinas Elementary School
c. Dasmarinas Integrated High School
d. Dasmarinas North National High School
e. Dr. Jose P. Rizal Elementary School
f. Francisco E. Barzaga Integrated High School
g. Paliparan III Senior High School
h. Paliparan III Elementary School
i. San Nicolas Elementary School
j. Sta. Cristina Elementary School
k. Paliparan Elementary School
1. Paliparan National High School
m. Dasmarinas West National High School
n. Francisco E. Barzaga Memorial School
2. As this program comes to its first year of implementation, the proponents seek to understand the impact and measure the benefits the schools gained from the installation of solar panel in their respective areas and a focus group discussion (FGD) shall be held to this effect on May 11, 2023, 10:00am, at the CSDO Conference Room.
3. In this regard, the Top Management, Partnership Focal Persons, Education Facilities, LGU Representatives, and MERALCO/ SPECTRUM Representatives shall have a focus group discussion along with the following school beneficiaries’ personnel:
a. School Head
b. Administrative Officer
c. School Facilities Coordinator
4. Participants transportation cost may be charged against school local fund subject to availability and to the usual accounting and auditing procedures.
5. All school heads are further instructed to implement necessary arrangement to ensure that no classes shall be disrupted by the attendees’ participation in consideration of DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time – On – Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
