The Health and Nutrition Unit formally announces the cancellation of the Annual Physical and Dental Examination of all teaching and non-teaching personnel due to the rising number of Covid-19 cases in the Province of Cavite.
In lieu of the canceled face-to-face activity, the Health and Nutrition Unit would still conduct the recording and referral of Chest X-ray and Urinalysis results. The schedule and the specifics will be released in a separate Memorandum.
