1. Relative to the Memorandum issued last 12 April 2023, this Office informs the field that the onsite monitoring shall be done on May 15, 2023.
2. All other provisions in Division Memorandum No. 131, s. 2023 shall remain in effect.
3. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
