1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 102. s. 2011 re: Establishment of the Red Cross Youth Councils and Training of Teachers in the Different Red Cross Services, the field is hereby informed of the Accreditation- Reaccreditation of Red Cross Youth Council (RCYC) in the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) for School Year 2019-2020.
2. School RCYC which will apply for its first (1) accreditation shall prepare the following:
a. CM 002 Council Profile
b. CM 002B Council Profile
c. CM 004 Council Officers Information Sheet
d. CM 006 Roster of Members (Database, excel sheet format, please complete all the data required, all active MAAB member must be reflected here)
e. CM 007 Plan of Action
f. Constitution and By-Laws
3. School RCYC applying for re accreditation shall prepare the following:
a. CM 002 Council Profile
b. CM 002B Council Profile
c. CM 004 Council Officers Information Sheet
d. CM 006 Roster of Members (Database, excel sheet format, please complete all the data required, all active MAAB member must be reflected here)
4. Please prepare and accomplish all the needed requirements by accomplishing the Google Forms intended for the accreditation at www.deped.in/vfddasma or www.tiny.cc/vfddasma . The required printed copy of documents must be submitted to the Philippine Red Cross Cavite Chapter- Dasmariñas Branch. do Dr. Jeeno Jay Frani, on or before September 15, 2019, 5:00 PM.
5. The database must be filled out with at least 60 active MAAB member to be issued with a national accreditation certificate. The file must also be attached on the (Google Forms provided for accreditation not later than September 15, 2019. 5:00 PM.
