1. The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas recognizes the efforts and contributions of the Dasmariñas City Teachers’ Chorale (DCTC) in bringing pride
and honor to our city division in joining various events and winning chorale competitions sponsored by the local government unit and other government agencies.
2. To express appreciation for their gratuitous service, this Division grants the official DCTC members maximum allowable service credits pursuant to DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2005 entitled Updated Guidelines on Grant of Vacation Service Credits to Teachers for their participation in meetings, rehearsals, performances, and competitions which are beyond their regular teaching load.
3. The teacher-members shall submit to the SDS the request for grant of service credits with the necessary attachments. The approval of the number of allowable service credits remains in the discretion of the SDS as approving authority.
4. Widest dissemination of this Memorandum is directed.
