1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum no. 138, s. 2017, Learning and Development System Enhancement and Manual Development, and with zeal to provide concrete reference for procedures relevant to executing Learning and Development Activities in this Division such as Trainings, Learning Action Cells, Re-Entry Action Plans, Coaching and Mentoring, and other analogous activities, the field is hereby informed of the revitalized policies for submission, implementation, and completion of L&D Activities.
2. For Trainings, all proposals from schools must be signed as noted by the Public Schools District Supervisor (PSDS) for possible additional technical assistance, while training proposals from the other units of Division Office must be signed noted by the respective chiefs or unit heads. The accomplished proposals must be submitted to the HRD Unit via DTS at least 15 working days prior the implementation of the first day of the proposed training.
