Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 38, s. 2005 titled Recognition of the Red Cross Youth as Official Co-Curricular Organization in the Schools and DepEd Memorandum No. 84, s. 2018 titled Partnership with Philippine Red Cross for the Promotion of First Aid, Youth Development, Volunteerism, Health and Safety, Community Resilience, and the International Humanitarian Law, this Division, through the Youth Formation Program Unit – School Governance and Operations Division will hold various activities in support of the partnership with Philippine Red Cross for the Red Cross Youth Month this October titled Pag-Hilom 2021 on October 15, 16, 22, 23 and 29, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. via Zoom Meeting app.
