1. Relative to Division Memorandum dated June 11, 2021, titled Updating of Records and Submission of Nominees and Documents for the Pool of Candidates for Scholarship in Different Learning Areas for CY 2021-2022, all public schools in the division, through their assistant L&D coordinators, are directed to update the scholarship database on or before May 31, 2023, through a designated link to be sent via DepEd email.
2. All school assistant L&D coordinators must first register their Microsoft DepEd email in the Coordinators Database at bit.ly/HRDCoorDatabase to receive the designated links of school scholarship database. If the coordinator has already responded, wait for the unique link to be sent on June 01, 2023.
3. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
