1. In line with Clause 7.2 of the ISO 9001:2015 Standard, which states that the organization must ascertain the necessary competence of individuals performing work under its control that affects the performance and effectiveness of the quality management system, and as provided by DepEd Memorandum No. 14 s. 2022, which requires the implementation of One DepEd, One QMS across all levels of governance, this Office will conduct a three-day Internal Quality Audit (IQA) Training for Division and School Internal Quality Auditors on March 25-27, 2024 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The venue will be announced in a separate Memorandum.
2. Participants in this activity are the select Internal Quality Auditors and all Division IQA members. Further, they shall bring a laptop, extension wire, and a printed copy of ISO 9001:2015 standard that can be accessed through this link https://bit.ly/iso90012015standard.
3. Enclosed in this Memorandum is the allotted number of participants per school.
4. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
