1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 42, s. 2017, re: National Adoption and Implementation of the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers and DepEd Memorandum No. 008, s. 2023, re: Multi-year Guidelines on the Results-Based Performance Management System-Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers, this office through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) would like to ensure the consistent conduct of classroom observation of the schools.
2. In view thereof, all school heads shall update the status of the classroom observations quarterly of the school calendar through the online classroom observation tracker which can be accessed on the CID Microsite/PPA’s/COT or https://bit.ly/dasma-cot.
3. Total number of teachers observed in the school are being monitored, thus updating is per school though for integrated high schools encoding for Junior High School and Senior High School are separate. No individual encoding per observer (School Head, Head Teacher, and Master Teacher) shall be done.
4. Generated data relative to the classroom observation is contributory to the Division Annual Accomplishment Report of Program Excel in Learning Delivery, and Management Committee meeting.
5. School Instructional leaders are also reminded of the individual submission of the Monthly Supervisory Plan and Report.
