1. Translating the theme of 2019 National Teachers’ Month into action, “Gurong Filipino: Handa sa Makabagong Pagbabago” and anchored on the First Domain, Strands 1.2 and 1.3 of Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers as regards research and the use of ICT, this Division instructs the all School Research and ICT Coordinators to accommodate technical assistance provision among all interested and in-need teachers.
2. All School Research and ICT Coordinators are instructed to post a particular schedule (at least an hour a day) from the date of release of this memorandum until October 4, 2019 in their respective schools as to when they could hold Research and ICT Clinic to accommodate interested teachers
for a research consultation and hands-on training for computer skills.
3. All teachers may also be accommodated for technical assistance by Mr. Carlou Adao, Division IT Officer, and Dr. Kathryn M. Carls, Division Research Coordinator, on an appointment basis by coordinating through local 220 and local 219 respectively.
4. Using the attached template, a report of School ICT Clinic must be submitted to the SGOD on October 18, 2019.
