1. School-Based Management is the systematic decentralization to the school level of authority and responsibility to make decisions on significant matters related to school operations within a centrally determined framework of goals, policies, curriculum, standards, and accountability. With this, School Heads are empowered to lead the school with the support of education partners and stakeholders.
2. In preparation for the 2024 Gawad Patnugot Search for Most Outstanding School Head, this Office shall provide a technical assistance to the school heads of Dasmarinas Il Central School and Bautista Elementary School to review their processes and practices anchored to the principles of SBM on March 11, 2024, Monday, 9am onwards at D2CS SBM Room.
