1. Relative to DepEd Memorandum No. 185, s. 2018, Administration of the National Career Assessment Examination for School Year 2018-2019 for all Grade 9 students, the field is hereby informed that the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) together with the assistance of the Division Testing Personnel shall administer the examination on December 12 -13, 2018.
2. The orientation shall be on December 6, 2018 at AVR of Congressional Integrated at 9:00 AM. The school heads and guidance counselors are attendees on this activity.
3. Distribution Testing Materials shall be on December 11, 2018 at 1st Floor of New Inclusion Hub from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
4. All School Heads/School Testing Coordinators shall accomplish the Oath of Confidentiality upon receipt of the test materials from the Division Testing Staff. They shall be held responsible for the smooth conduct of the examination as well as in safeguarding the integrity of the test administration.
5. Retrieval of the Test Materials shall be on December 14, 2018. at 1st Floor of New Inclusion Hub from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN. It is implicit that the test materials shall be kept unsealed yet safe in schools after administering the tests scheduled for Day 1. Sealing of the Examiner’s Transmittal Report Envelope (ETRE) shall be done on December 13 after all the tests for Day 2 have been administered.
6. Moreover, School Heads as well as the Testing Coordinators shall see to it that the original carton and plastic bags containing the NCAE Test Materials received are the same packing and test materials returned to the Division Testing Coordinator.
