Relative to DepEd Regional Memorandum No. 160, s. 2025, this Office hereby disseminates the attached memorandum calling for support to the implementation of Republic Act No. 11055 or the “Philsys Act.” Schools are hereby encouraged to assist in registering learners for the national identification system by sharing information with both internal and external stakeholders.
2. Enclosed also in this Memorandum are the PhilSys Registration Form IA, PhilSys Registration Form IA and Consent Form, for reference.
