1. In line with DepEd Order No. 66, s. 2010 entitled “Policies and Guidelines on Planning and Administration/Management of the Human Resource Training and Development Program”, and DepEd Order No. 32, s. 2011 entitled “Policies and Guidelines on Training and Development (T&D) Programs and Activities”, the field is hereby required to submit a copy of the following at the Division Office on January 5, 2017:
a. Summarized Results of the National Competency-Based Teacher Standards-Teachers Strengths and Needs Assessment (NCBTS-TSNA)
b. National Competency-Based Standards for the School Heads-Training Needs Analysis (NCBSSH-TNA)
c. School’s Plan for Professional Development (SPPD)

2. Moreover, in the planning of various training activities in the division and in the school, as stipulated in the abovementioned DepEd Orders, please be guided that the conduct of all training programs shall involve a systematic process of competence/needs assessment and shall be anchored on the results of Training Strengths and Needs Analysis.

3. Immediate dissemination and compliance to this Memorandum is directed.
