1. Due to insufficient test materials delivered by the Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA), this Office informs the field that another schedule of examination will be requested to accommodate the students who were not able to take the examination.
2. With this, school heads are advised to submit the hard copy of the list of students as attachment for the request letter to be submitted to Bureau of Education Assessment (BEA) on or before December 21, 2018 at Curriculum Implementation Division, Division Office.
3. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
