1. Relative to Memorandum DM-OUHROD-2025-0541 titled Guidelines on the Utilization of Lumpsum for the Reclassification of Positions for First (1st) Quarter of Fiscal Year (FY) 2025, this Office informs the field the closing of the application for Reclassification of Teaching Positions (School Head, Master Teacher, Head Teacher, Teacher II 8s III) effective March 14, 2025.
2. However, the submission of Approved Equivalent Records Form and
other requirements for the Plantilla Allocation List (PAL) will be accepted
until March 18, 2025. This is to give ample time for the Division to prepare
all the necessary documents to be submitted in the Regional Office on or
before March 25, 2025.

your reference.
