1. Pursuant to the DepEd Unnumbered Memorandum from the Office of the Undersecretary for Project Management RE: School Improvement Plan (SIP) Instructional Videos, Style guide, Appraisal Process and Quality Assessment (QA) Tool dated November 27, 2018, the field is hereby informed of the conduct of the Enhanced School Improvement Plan (ESIP) SY 2019-2022 Division Management Appraisal on October 7-8, 2019, 8 A.M. at CSDO Conference Room.
2. This activity aims to provide technical assistance to schools in the finalization of their improvement plans by reviewing the clarity of the school’s situational analysis. Moreover, there will be a discussion about the congruence of the ESIP objectives and strategies to needs, issues, and opportunities identified by the school.
3. In view of the foregoing, schools are hereby tasked to prepare 15-minute slide presentation with the following content:
a. Documentation of the Vision-Mission sharing activity of the school
b. Analysis of the school’s current situation (including the school performance dashboard)
c. List of solutions or interventions proposed by the school (3-year indicative plan)
d. Monitoring and evaluation plan
4. The School Heads shall present their ESIP to the Division Appraisal Committee (ESIP-DAC). Schools shall refer to the attached matrix for venue, date, and specific time of presentation.
