1. The field is hereby informed of the conduct of the Nationwide PhilHealth Stakeholder’s Summit on June 03, 2023 9:00 AM at De La Salle Animo Center, Dasmarinas City, Cavite.
2. This 2-in-1 event includes a National Summit and a PhilHealth Konsulta Member Registration. The topics to be discussed are PhilHealth’s current and enhanced programs, benefits, and services.
3. Further, all Elementary and Secondary Schools under this Division may assign one (1) Teaching or Non-Teaching representative on voluntary and on official business.
4. Participation of non-teaching and teaching personnel in performing related tasks beyond work hours during the weekends shall be guided by DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2005 or Updated Guidelines of Grant of Vacation Service Credits to Teachers and Civil Service Commission (CSC) and Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Joint Circular No. 2, s 2004 or Non Monetary Remunerations for Overtime Services Rendered.
5. Moreover, no registration fee shall be collected from the participants while food will be provided at the venue. Travel and incidental expenses relative to this activity shall be charged to local funds of the offices of the participants. All expenses shall be subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
