1. This is to inform the field of the monitoring of the implementation of Homeroom Guidance Program relative to DM-OUCI-202 1-346, re: Revised Implementation of Homeroom Guidance (HG) during Crisis Situation and Unnumbered Division Memorandum dated January 6, 2022, re: Intensifying Homeroom Guidance Monitoring, Evaluation and Technical Assistance. Schools will be monitored by their respective Public Schools District Supervisor and Parent Supervisor from June 6-9, 2023.
2. Attached herewith is the Monitoring Tool to be used in this monitoring. Supervisors are also requested to encode the result of their monitoring in the CID Microsite/Homeroom Guidance Program and upload relevant copies of MOVs.
