1. In consonance to the Office of the Undersecretary for Operations Memorandum No. DM-OUOPS-2024-04-01277 dated February 23, 2024 and Regional Memorandum No. 143, s. 2024 dated March 4, 2024, this Division through the School Governance and Operations Division – Disaster Risk Reduction Management, would like to inform the field on the conduct of the quarterly Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) for Calendar Year 2024 with the schedule as follows:

2. NSED materials including the monitoring template can be accessed through this link: https://tinyurl.com/DepEdNSED2024.
3. SDRRM Coordinators shall accomplish the Monitoring and Reporting Template (Annex A) using the guidelines set forth in Annex B. The signed form with attached photo and video documentation of NSED practices shall be submitted to the Division DRRM Coordinator not later than five (5) working days, after the conduct of the quarterly NSED.
