1. In reference to DepEd Order No. 22 s. 2013 re. Revised Guidelines on the Transfer of Teacher from One Station to Another. This Office informs the field that the submission of applications for transfer within the Division is open to all teaching and non-teaching personnel. The transfer can be considered when:
a. The recipient school has a vacant item. If none, a swapping agreement between two transferees may be applied.
b. The transferee is bona fide resident of the barangay of the proposed recipient school. (RA 8190, Localization Law), as evidenced by the
Voter’s ID or any proof of residency.
c. The Teacher is declared excess by the school head and is needed in another school within the division.
d. The reason for the transfer to be considered should also fall on the following;
i. Spouses joining together in the same school (R.A. 4670);
ii. Nursing mother (PD 603)
iii.There is a imminent danger on the life of the applicant for transfer from his/her station; and
iv. Poor health condition, as evidenced by the pertinent medical records.
2. The qualified transferee shall prepare the requirements listed in the attached form for submission to the Records Unit on or before August 16, 2022:
3. The procedure for transfer are as follows:
a. Transferee shall submit the requirements to the school head.
b. The School head will indorse the request for transfer address to the School Division Superintendent.
c. The SDS will evaluate the request based on the teachers need.
