1. Pursuant to OUA Memo 00-0720-0115 dated July 31, 2020 titled Contest and Webshop on Letter Writing for Tobacco Control and OUA Memo 00-1020-0273 titled Reopening/Extending the Deadline for the Submission of Entries for the Contest on Letter Writing for Tobacco Control, this Division invites all public school learners to participate in said contest.
2. The contest aims to strengthen the key message and sustain the gains of DepEd’s online campaign dubbed BIBO: Batang Informed tungkol sa Bisyo, Batang Iwas Bisyo, launched by the BLSS-SHD and the Public Affairs Services (PAS) as part of the celebration of the National No Smoking Month in June.
3. Participants to this contest are learners either individual or group from public elementary and secondary schools.
4. Attached is the memorandum and the mechanics for the reopening of the contest.
5. Deadline of submission of letters is on November 30, 2020. Please refer to the attached memorandum to be guided with the process in submitting the letter.
