In reference with DepEd Memorandum No. 065, s. 2021 or the” Clarificatory Guidelines on the Grant of Vacation Service Credits to Teachers for School Year 2020-2021 in Light of the Covid-19 Pandemic” and Deped Memorandum No. 067, s. 2021 re: “Amendment to DepEd Memorandum No. 065, s. 2021 “,this Office informs the field that personnel eligible for vacation service credit (VSC) are teachers who rendered services on activities during summer or Christmas vacation or in the course of regular school year as authorized by the proper authority. While, teachers in detail in offices or assigned to non-teaching jobs are on the vacation-sick leave basis and should not therefore be granted vacation service credits.
