1. In reference to Division Memorandum No. 132, s. 2026, titled “Division Checking Committee (DCC) for SY 2025-2026 and Schedule of Checking of School Forms”, this Corrigendum Memorandum is hereby issued to provide additional members of DCC Sub-committee.
2. Due to conflicts in schedule, Gemmalyn G. Framil is hereby deputized as a member of the DCC for Cluster 1, replacing Roygivib Montano.
3. All other details on the said memorandum are still in effect.
4. Widest dissemination of this Memorandum is directed.
