1. In compliance with Section 8 of Republic Act No. 6713, otherwise known as the “Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees,” all permanent teaching, non-teaching, and teaching-related personnel of the Schools Division of Dasmarinas are hereby directed to submit the STATEMENT OF ASSETS, LIABILITIES as NET WORTH (SALN) as of December 31, 2025 in three (3) original printed copies, together with the Summary List of Filers on or before March 30, 2026.
2. Documents related to the filing and submission of SALN (SALN Summary List of Filers, SALN Form, SALN Additional Sheet, and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) can be accessed through bit.ly/SALNDasma.
3. Schools shall submit a Summary List of Filers in Excel format to be sent via email at hr.dasma@deped.gov.ph.
