1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 132, s. 2019 entitled “Observance of the National Mental Health Week and the World Mental Health Day,” this Division enjoins all schools to hold essential and meaningful activities that will highlight the focus of the World Mental Health 2019 which is suicide prevention.
2. A narrative report of the conducted activities must be sent to the Health and Nutrition Unit through hnu@depeddasma.edu.ph on or before November 8, 2019.
3. Enclosed to this is DepEd Memorandum No. 132, s. 2019 for your reference and guidance.
4. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
