1. Pursuant to the issued Memorandum of the Office of the Undersecretary for Operations dated March 14, 2023 titled Conduct of Visit to School Child Protection Committees, this Office, through the School Governance and Operations, directs all public and private elementary and secondary schools to accomplish the given link below on or before June 9, 2023 using the attached document as a guide and reference in self-assessing the school’s CPC Functionality.
2. The data to be gathered shall be used as a means to provide appropriate technical assistance and in preparation for the Learner Rights and Protection Office (LRPO) random visits to schools and the Schools Division Office (SDO). Furthermore, the random visit aims to evaluate the functionality of the Child Protection Committees in Schools.
