1. Pursuant to DepEd Memorandum No. 131, s. 2019 entitled “2019 World Rabies Day” with the theme Rabies: Educate to Eliminate, the Division enjoins all public and private elementary and secondary schools to hold essential and meaningful activities that will highlight the focus of the World Rabies Day 2019 which is rabies prevention education.
2. A narrative report of the conducted activities must be sent to the Health and Nutrition Unit through hnu@depeddasma.edu.ph on or before November 8, 2019.
3. Enclosed to this is DepEd Memorandum No. 131, s. 2019 for your reference and guidance.
4. Furthermore, adherence to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 (Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task) shall be strictly observed.
5. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
