Relative to DepEd Order No. 9, series of 2023 titled An Order Updating the Multi-Year Implementing Guidelines on the Conduct of the K to 12 Basic Education Program End-of-School-Year Rites with the theme “Gradweyt ng K to 12: Hinubog ng Matatag na Edukasyon (K to 12 Graduates: Molded through a Resilient Educational Foundation),” the field is hereby informed of the specifications of Diploma and Certification.
2. In this regard, this Division instructs all schools and learning centers that the layout of the diploma and certificate shall adhere to the specifications prescribed on both DepEd Order No. 02, s. 2019 titled School Year 2018-2019 K to 12 End of School Year Rites and DepEd Order No. 31, s. 2019 titled The Department of Education Service Marks and Visual Identity Manual and to observe that the name and designation of the official appears as follows:
