1. In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 193 s. 2025 regarding the screening and accreditation of athletes competing in the 2025 Palarong Pambansa in the Ilocos Region, this Office announces that the screening and accreditation of athletes will take place on April 3, 2025, at Claro M. Recto Events Center, Lipa City.
2. Additionally, delegates will depart on April 3, 2025, at 6:00 AM. Assembly place will be at the back of the Dasmarinas City Grandstand. Food and refreshments of the delegates shall be charged against the school funds subject to local auditing and accounting procedures.
3. The select division screening and medical team shall report to the Regional Screening and Accreditation Committee on March 31-April 4, 2025.
4. Attached to this Memorandum is the complete list of the delegates.
5. Participants in this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
6. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is directed.
