1. Relative to DepEd Memorandum No. 024, s. 2025 and Division  Memorandum No. 210, s. 2025 re: Administration of the National AchievementTest (NAT) for Grade 6for School Year 2024-2025, this Office informs all public and private elementary schools operating with a permit of the assignment of testing personnel on the assessment day, April 3, 2025. Room Examiners and Supervising Examiners are advised to refer to the schedule in Enclosure 1 for the proctoring assignment.

2. It is expected that all Room Examiners and Supervising Examiners must report to their assigned schools earlier than the official start of the examination, which is 7:00 am, to facilitate the pre-test activities. Everyone is also expected to be in their proper attire, preferably school uniform with ID.
