I. The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas is now accepting applicants for hiring of new teachers for School Year 2017-2018. The field is hereby informed that DepEd Orders No. 7, & 22 s. 2015, Hiring Guidelines for Teacher I Positions and for the Remaining Teaching Positions will be applied in filling up of newly created and natural vacancies for Teacher I positions in the public elementary and junior high schools.
2. The School Screening Committee is hereby directed to submit the School Registry of Qualified Applicants and Individual Evaluation Sheet together with the supporting documents to the Division Selection Committee on February 20, 2017.
3.The City Schools Division of Dasmariflas Selection Committee may refuse acceptance of the application if any of the following document is not submitted.
a. CSC Form 212 (Revised 2005) in two copies with latest passport size ID picture with signature printed name (LN, FN MI.) Unique Applicant Number (UAN) must be indicated at the upper right corner of the Personal Data Sheet. New applicants shall register to Department of Education’s online system at application.deped.gov.ph .
b. Certified photocopy of unexpired PRC professional identification card or a PRC Certification showing the teacher’s name, LET Rating, and other information recorded in the PRC Office. Claim stub will not be accepted.
c. Certified photocopy of ratings obtained in the LET/PBET
d. PRC online verification of Professional Licenses by license no.
e. Certified copy of transcript of records. Transcript of Records intended for board examination will not be acknowledged.
f. Computation of General Weighted Average
g. Copies of service records performance rating/s and school clearance for those with teaching experience. If unavailable, the applicant must submit a justification citing the reason/s for unavailability.
h. Certificates of specialized training, if any
i. Certified copy of the Voter’s ID / Voter’s Certification and/or any proof of residency
j. NB! Clearance (not expired)
k. Omnibus certification of authenticity and veracity of all documents submitted, signed by the applicant.
4. Teacher-Applicants in Registry of Qualified Applicants School Year 2016-2017 who are not appointed to a permanent position are required to submit the abovementioned documents for updating
5. Teacher applicants who have not practiced their profession for the past five (5) years shall be required to take at least twelve (12) units of education courses, consisting of at least six (6) units of pedagogy and six (6) units of context courses before they will be included in the registry of qualified applicants.
6. The schedule of the Division demo-teaching, interview and English Proficiency Test to all teacher-applicants will be announced after the review and consolidation of Individual Evaluation Sheet.
