1. Relative to Regional Memorandum No. 19-101 entitled Monitoring Tool for Supreme Pupil Government and Supreme Student Government Election, the field is hereby informed on the Conduct of Monitoring of Division-Wide SPG SSG Synchronized Automated Elections for School Year 2019-2020 on February 13-19, 2019 in all Public Elementary and Secondary Schools in the City Schools Division of Dasmarifias.
2. The Division Youth Formation Coordinators shall be monitoring the above-mentioned elections.
3. SPG SSG COMELEC Advisers/Chairperson, ICT Coordinators and School Head shall be present during the conduct of monitoring.
