2. The SEA-PLM is a regional large-scale assessment designed to assess Grade 5 students’ learning outcomes in reading, writing, mathematics, and global citizenship. It is developed by and for Southeast Asian countries by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) Secretariat and the United Nations Children’s Fund’s-East Asia Pacific Regional Office (UNICEF-EAPRO).
3. In preparation for the SEA-PLM 2024, a national orientation for testing personnel (Region IV-A CALABARZON /Luzon 1B) will be held on April 3-4, 2024, exclusive of travel time, at the Baguio Teachers’ Camp in Baguio City. Participants to this orientation are the following testing personnel:
