1. In adherence to the guidelines stipulated in DepEd Order No. 003, s. 2025, authority is hereby granted to Joel D. Salazar, Education Program Supervisor for TLE and TVL, to conduct the cascading of the guidelines on the implementation of Quality-Assured Assessment for National Certification of Learners in the Senior High School Technical-Vocational Track and the Expansion of the Number of Competency Assessors.
2. The said activity aims to provide updates and guidance on the Joint Memorandum Circular on the Free Assessment for learners and teachers to the DepEd Order No. 3, s. 2025.
3. The orientation meeting will take place on March 28, 2025, 9:00 AM, at the Division Office Conference Room.
4. Attendees to this orientation meeting are SHS TVL school focal persons and Secondary School Principals
5. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance to other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
