- In the earnest desire of this Division to hail the most deserving teaching and non-teaching personnel for the most coveted annual Gawad SiGaSig, the awards committee held its document screening and validation that identified the qualifiers for the next round of the search of outstanding teaching and non-teaching personnel in different categories whose points reached at least seventy percent (70%) in the documentation and validation.
