1. In conformity to the Regional Memorandum 199, s. 2022 titled 2021 Deworming Accomplishment of DepEd CALABARZON, this office hereby
announces the resumption of school-based deworming tablet administration for Kinder to Grade 12, SPED, and ALS in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas.
2. All schools are directed to conduct a proper orientation for parents/guardians and learners and all deworming coordinators shall submit a
master list of learners to the Health and Nutrition Unit official mail before the start of every implementation.
3. All learners shall be given parental consent and all schools are instructed to retrieve 100% of the consent forms before the deworming schedule.
4. Learners who are on modular and or online learning can still avail or receive deworming tablets during the distribution of modules or on an agreed date upon submission of parental consent.
5. School health personnel, clinic teachers, or advisers may administer deworming tablets to the learners with observance to health and safety protocol.
6. Schedule of implementation and date of visit in schools will be announced or posted in a separate memorandum once finalized.
