1. The City Schools Division of Dasmariflas will be awarding the winners of PROJECT Division Employee Welfare (DEW) and DIVISION SEARCH FOR GAWAD SIGASIG (Sipag, Galing, Sigla) SA PAGLILINGKOD on March 1, 2017 at 1 o’ clock in the afternoon Hotel Dominique Km 55 Aguinaldo National Highway Maitim II East, Tagaytay City, 4120 Philippines.
2. This activity aims to honour and recognize City Schools Division Teaching and NonTeaching personnel who manifest profound commitment and remarkable service in their job through commendable and untiring dedication to their work.
3. Participants to this activity are the City Schools Division of Dasmariflas Employees, Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads, three short listed nominees per categories (Please see enclosure no. 1 for the list of participants)
4. Participants are advised to wear strictly formal (long gown for female and coat and tie for the male).
5. Funds to be used for the activity will be charged against Division MOOE subject to usual accounting and auditing procedure.
6. Attached to this Memorandum are opening and closing program.
7. Immediate dissemination of the Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
