1. Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 559 s 2004 titled ” Declaring the month of February of Every Year as National Dental Health Month,” the Division of Dasmariñas City celebrates February as the 16th National Dental Health Month with the theme “Unite for Mouth Health.”
2. The following are the suggested activities for the month-long celebration:
a. Division-wide Sabayang Pagsisipilyo to all Elementary and Secondary students to be held on February 7, 2020 at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. All Schools are requested to participate.
b. Oral Health campaign through health talks, symposia, film showing and poster making; and
c. Provision of dental services through partnership with Local Government Units, stakeholders and partners.
3. A narrative report with documentation regarding this activity must be submitted to the School Health and Nutrition Unit via e-mail at hnu@depeddasma.edu.ph on or before March 4, 2020.
4. Widest dissemination and compliance of this memorandum is desired.
