1. Pursuant to OUA Memo 00-0322-0020 titled Resumption of the Delivery of School- Based Health Services in Schools Participating in the Pilot Implementation of Limited Face-to-Face Classes, the field is hereby informed on the resumption of nutritional status assessment, which is specifically the height and weight taking of learners.
2. In this regard, all learners shall undergo a Body Mass Index (BMI) Assessment. Hence, all reports must be 100% completed.
3. It is also reiterated that the required minimum health standards must be strictly implemented during the conduct of the nutritional status assessment.
4. Kindly utilize the Body Mass Index (BMI) Software provided by the Central Office.
5. All reports must be submitted at hnu@depeddasma.edu.ph on or before September 21, 2022.
6. Enclosed is the DepEd Memorandum for your reference.
7. Immediate dissemination of and compliance with this memorandum is directed.
