1. With reference to Regional Memorandum No. 294 s. 2023 and Regional Memorandum No. 296 s. 2023, the Department of Education Region IV-A CALABARZON will compete in the Cluster 2 Pre-National Qualifying Meet on
July 3-7, 2023 at Laguna Sports Complex, Bubukal, Sta. Cruz, Province of Laguna.
2. The Pre- National Qualifying Meet is intended for team sports only namely:
Baseball, Basketball, Football, Futsal, Sepaktakraw, Softball and Volleyball. Cluster 2 comprises delegates from Regions CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, BICOL
and the National Capital Region (NCR). The top two (2) regions of the event shall
advance to the Palarong Pambansa. SDO Dasmarinas is proud to represent Region IV-A CALABARZON in two (2) distinct team sport events in the Pre – National Qualifying Meet, namely: Basketball Elementary Boys and Secondary
Softball Girls.
3. Enclosed are the Indicative Program of Activities and Timelines, List of Qualified Athletes, Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Chaperons, List of Delegation, Technical Officials and Management Working Committees from SDO
Dasmarinas City.
4. All sports events to be played shall be governed by the Palarong Pambansa
Guidelines, Rules and Procedures.
5. In preparation for the participation in the Pre-National Qualifying Meet, concerned schools may opt to conduct an in house or assembled intensive
