1. In connection with the deployment and implementation of DEPED Computerization Program known as E-Classroom Package for Elementary and Secondary Schools , this Division will conduct a two-day Orientation-workshop on November 21- 22, 2019 at Aquamira Resort, Tanza, Cavite
2. The objectives of this training are as follows:
a. re-orient the schools on the counterpart requirements needed before the delivery of the E-classroom package; and
b. review the readiness of schools and their strict compliance to the counterpart requirements (e.g. electrical layout and table, standard door and window grills, security of DCP packages); and
c. re-orient the proper procedure from delivery up to acceptance of the equipment based on the newly designed DCP Manual; and
d. discuss the importance of documents received from the supplier; and
e. discuss the compliance of the schools in using the DCP Monitoring Tool as integral part of the utilization; and
f. discuss the DCP maintenance schedule and the repair per unit of the DCP package; and
g. address the issues and concerns of the DCP with regards to COA Findings; and
h. express commitment on the effective utilization and protection of the package.
3. Participants to this training-workshop are the 43 School Heads, 1 ICT Coordinator per school (48 teacher participants) and 3 Division Office Personnel. Enclosed herewith are the List of Participants and Programme for ready reference.
