1. In acquiescence to Republic Act No. 10121 or the Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Act of 2010 and Office of the Undersecretary for Operations Memorandum OUOPS No. 2023-04 dated July 25, 2023, the field is hereby informed of the conduct of the Division-level DRRM Conference titled PANUTO: Disaster Risk Reduction and Management 1st Quarter Conference cum Finalization of the Enhanced School-Based Contingency Plan on March 26, 2024 from 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. at Bulwagang Sigasig, CSDO.
2. Participants to this activity are all primary School Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (SDRRM) Coordinators. They are advised to bring their own laptops, extension cord and all of their school’s Contingency Plans.
3. Enclosed in this Memorandum are the list of participants and the program of activities.
4. Participation to this activity shall adhere to DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 on Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-On-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith, and strict compliance other existing DepEd rules and guidelines.
5. Furthermore, in compliance with Division Order No. 1, 2019 titled Regulating the Use of Plastic Products in Schools and Offices in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas and Division Memorandum No. 45, 2. 2021 titled Banning of Single-Use Plastic Products in All Division and School Training and Activities, the conduct of this shall be done through environment-friendly manner.
