1. Relative to DepEd Order No. 007, s. 2024 titled “Policy Guidelines on the Implementation of the Revised School-Based Management System”, this Office instructs the field to conduct the SBM self-assessment for School Year 2024-2025 on or before April 3, 2025.
2. School Heads shall accomplish the self-assessment checklist by using the given link below: https://tinyurl.com/SY24-25SBMself-assessment
3. Enclosed in this memorandum are the identifiers for each indicator under the six SBM dimensions that will serve as a reference of the school in choosing the degree of manifestation. Moreover, the results of the self-assessment will be the basis in crafting the Division Technical Assistance Plan for School Year 2025-2026.
