1. As empowered by Republic Act 10821 (An Act Mandating the Provision of Emergency Relief and Protection for Children Before, During and After Disasters and other Emergency Situation); and Republic Act 101 (An Act Strengthening the Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and Management System, Providing for the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Framework and Institutionalizing the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan, this Division will conduct Training on Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid (FA) on November 28-30, 2019 at Bulwagang Kongresyunal, Congressional Integrated High School, Dasmariñas City, Cavite.
2. Participants to this activity are Forty Three (43) school personnel and Three (3) division office nurse. Refer to Enclosure No. I for the list of attendees.
3. In connection with this, teachers, division personnel participants and proponent staff who are involved and whose names are in Enclosure No.1 shall be entitled to one (1) day service credit,(on November 30-Bonifacio Day) in accordance to D.O. No. 53, s 2003 entitled Updated Guidelines on Grant of Vacation Service Credits for Teachers.
4. Expenses relative to this activity shall be charged against Additional HRTD Fund subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
