1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 44, s.2015, entitled “Guidelines On The Enhanced School Improvement Planning (SIP) Process and the School Report Card (SRC), schools are expected to begin a new SIP cycle starting January 2019. In line with this, the City Schools Division of Dasmariflas will conduct the 2019 Division Workshop on the Preparation of Enhanced School Improvement Plan on February 18-19, 2019, 8:00 AM up to 5:00PM at Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC) Multi-purpose Hall, City of Dasmariñas, Cavite.
2. This activity aims to enhance the participants’ competencies necessary in preparing a strategic school improvement plan.
3. Each school is enjoined to send three (3) participants, specifically the School Head (no proxy allowed), School E-SIP Coordinator, and the School M&E Coordinator. Enclosed herewith is the list of selected participating Division Office Personnel.
4. To ensure a meaningful workshop, the participants are requested to bring the following:
(i) previous E-SIP including attachments,
(ii) data (last three years) including enrollment, intake (kindergarten) dropouts, failures, repeaters, graduates, data on readers and numerates, number of learners above and below the passing rate per subject, number of severely nourished children, and other pertinent data,
(iii) latest results of mapping of learners (if any), and
(iv) data on logistics including facilities, materials and others.
5. Schools are requested to bring a laptop and an extension wire.
6. Expenses relative to this activity shall be charged against Division! School MOOE subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations. Meals to be served are AM snacks and lunch only.
7. Schools are advised to drop-off the participants at the entrance of the venue due to parking limitations.
