1. Pursuant to Division Memorandum No. 491, s. 2024 re: SUBMISSION OF BASELINE NUTRITIONAL STATUS OF LEARNERS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2024-2025, all public elementary schools in the City of Dasmarinas are requested to submit their Nutritional Status Report raw data for validation of the City Nutrition Council. This is also in preparation for the upcoming annual Monitoring and Evaluation of the Local Level Plan Implementation Program (MELLPI Pro) to be conducted by the Regional Nutrition Council (RNC) CALABARZON on April 23, 2025.
2. This evaluation aims to assess and monitor nutrition security at the local level, particularly focusing on the prevalence of wasted school children and the prevalence of overweight and obese school children for the calendar year 2024.
